81dojo friends' ideas concerned mainly about breaking through the 6th column. Sente's shape is wielding a massive atsui right now, so it musn't be wasted. Moreover, R8d has been misplaced by sente's P7d Px.
The immediate P6d followed by Px Sx P*6d S5e solves anything, and erases aji.
So here I played R6f. The idea is just to support a P6d push.
My opponent quite easily replied with B7e checking the Rook and the 3i square, and I ignored it, simply driving my pawn P6d. Following moves: Bx6f Bx R8b Px6c+ Sx P5c+ forcing a tesuji (diagram 2).

Gote's Gx5c, and B*7a. R5b and now Sx4d Sx, leading to diagram 3, where both Bishops are focusing onto 4d square, with gote's R and K that might be attacked simultaneously with Bx5c+ Rx Bx4d.

Habu vince con sente la quarta partita del finale per il titolo ed evita così un devastante 0-4. Ora la situazione è Habu-Moriuchi 1-3.
Verso metà partita sembrava che Moriuchi avesse l'iniziativa, ma poi Habu ha ottenuto l'accesso al Re con un sacrificio di Torre alla mossa 52. L'attacco non ha entusiasmato per nulla la sala stampa: era infatti giudicato non proprio irresistibile. Sta di fatto che Habu sia riuscito comunque ad ottenere una posizione vincente e a battere il suo sfidante.

Interview with polish player Oneye

Oneye, you outlined you will try to enter shogi school, so when? We all cheer for you.
Maybe ikuseikai/shoreikai don't allow foreigners.
But I wanted to think about trying strenght in pro after 3rd year of university.


You said you haven't a favourite shogi pro. Is it still true?
(They suggest she just doesn't want to reviel her real style).
I respect professionals, they plays in their own way. Hard to tell which is my favourite, really.


Do you also play other board games, for fun?
In past I played go, chess rarely. Now I have university and I can find time only for shogi. You can add doubutsushogi, that my friends like to play!


Glad to hear that, as I am the italian dobutsushogi federation president.
So, many players come to shogi from go or chess, how did you discover the game?
I saw Shikamaru playing it in "Naruto" manga. I got interested and searched in Internet. On kurnik.pl I saw shogi with european symbols (with those funny star-like generals). I fell in love from first sight.


In tournament play, have you ever missed a tsume in byoyomi?
Sure, I am only a human :)


You alluded you know a lot about shogi history, so is there some fact about shogi history that hit you?
Yes: for example, there was a funny variation of shogi with drunken elephant standing in front of the king.
I also read that professional players were born in this way: that newspapers payed for good games kifus. And strong amateurs started to live from it.
It is also known that shogi piece shape is the most original from all chess variants.


You love doing tsumeshogis, right?
Oh yes, I love tsumeshogi thanks to my sensei Koshiro.


And how many moves tsumes do you solve on average? 7 moves? 9? 631?
Recently I'm trying 15 moves. But I'm able to solve more moves ones. Some 21 moves are easy. Sometimes 9 moves will be more difficult.


Ok, last one now. What's the sharpest joseki you've ever met? And why?
I've met a strong online player playing sharp kakutofu. It was scary.
